[MUST READ] GLOWREEYAH BRAIMAH Exclusive interview on CTCng Chats-platform.

The Christian Talent community Nigeria under the auspices of Obus Zalee brodoh (Chief Responsibility Officer) had an interview/interactive session with the sensational and anointed Gospel singer GLOWREEYAH BRAIMAH. Enjoy the interview!

Obus zalee: GLOWREEYAH we welcome you to our ever learning Chat-Platform.  its a honour to have your time this morning  (188 Talents are on this chat platform ), Trying to make their dream a reality...

Glowreeyah Braimah: God bless you everyone. It's great to be here.

Obus zalee: I have fought everyone to give me the privilege😋 to lead. Who is Glowreeyah? Please Share with us how the journey into music started with you?

Glowreeyah Braimah : Glowreeyah is from Kogi State. Igbo mother. Likes to eat Ekpangkwukwo. A Lawyer by training and so much more..😊
Started singing folk music as a teenager with several groups. I became more active in my Campus Ministry Choir. My earliest influence was my Dad who had a huge music collection and plays the organ.

Obus zalee: I read you delved into  freelance journalism - was it part time? What prompted that?

Glowreeyah Braimah: Journalism? Not exactly. I was however a Script-writer for Sesame Square( Sesame Street) International. I do freelance writing though.

Obus zalee: Did you know that the song "miracle worker" would work this miracle?

Glowreeyah Braimah: Hmmmm....... Miracle-Worker is God's own song. How was I to know that a severe trial would birth such a great testimony? I still wonder why God chose to send that song through me because I literally heard the song as a whisper in my ear when I was praying for my 2 year old Niece who was lying in a coma in USA.
The Lord told me He would do amazing things through that song in my generation. I still marvel at the awesome testimonies that have come through. All Glory to Him alone.

Obus zalee: Did that scripting experience (on an international level)  help in anyway in your music career?

Glowreeyah Braimah: It was totally independent of my music career. It allowed me to creatively inspire and educate the Nigerian child being the target audience.

Obus Zaleeh: What prompted the duo of you and Nathaniel on the video?

Glowreeyah Braimah: Everything about that song has been heaven-ordained. Nath and I had worked on a song titled "Overcome" in 2012. Overcome was inspired by the birth of my Niece. So when she became ill, I contacted Nath and he kept praying for her. Along the way Miracle-Worker came. I heard trumpets in my spirit and I knew Nath just had to do it with me.

Obus zalee: Folks please send in your questions.

Olawole Martins: Good morning Glowreeyah. I salute your good work. Please what's your perception about "secular" artistes being invited to perform in christian gatherings?

Glowreeyah Braimah: Thanks Olawole. I believe that they that are led by the spirit are sons of God. However, we must stand as light to preserve  being the remnant in these times.

David Eze: After recording such great song what are the steps you took towards promotion and marketing?

Glowreeyah Braimah:Thanks David. I use every available platform and opportunity but Grace and Favour has been my major force.

David Eze: Are you selling your songs on line which company and what step did you take to achieve that ?

Glowreeyah Braimah: I went further by creating a website. www.glowreeyah.com. I also sell my songs there.

Rich Jewel: Do you have any plans in raising up coming Gospel artists because that's one major challenge I've noticed. The big names in the Gospel industry hardly do such.

Glowreeyah Braimah: Hi Jewel. I'm carefully considering that especially as regards working with  children and teenagers. I already do a bit of mentoring on a small scale.

David Eze: Marketing in Nigerian now is major problem to upcoming Gospel artiste what do advice?

Glowreeyah Braimah: Hi David. The problem is in many dimensions and the solution will have to be varied as well. I know that the Senate is beginning to hear from the Creative Industry. I hope and believe that certain legislations will begin to work in our favour.

Arizona Omaricha: What of the challenge of finance to push your song?

Glowreeyah Braimah: Hmmm....I can only imagine. I know how it feels to give everything and still wait for the tide to turn. I will say "Don't just float, keep making your waves". You never know when the ripples of your waters will go across the shores. May the God of all Grace make this happen for you.
The truth also is excellence also has a voice. At any level that you are in the "game", put your best foot forward. Everything speaks-how you communicate, how you respond to an email, your artwork, etc...

Olo Omoigui: I have one question please, how do you overcome stage fright and anxiety when singing?

Glowreeyah Braimah: I'm still dealing with that myself even after 20 years of active music ministry.😀 I have studied myself and I know that its easier for me to speak in tongues and do a little walk by myself to diffuse the pressure. My team also understand this about me.

Obus Zalee: Any FINAL word for struggling Talents.

Glowreeyah Braimah: The truth is each one can lift one. If we all do this for each other, we would always look out for one another.

Obus Zalee: Glowreeyah we want to thank you for such a revealing time....we pray God richly reward you...we are honoured. Many will read this and be encouraged to hang on, thank you
